comfortable stay with great location
The room had an ideal layout for families and was spacious enough for our needs. We enjoyed the stunning city view which added a nice touch to our evening. The location was perfect, as we were close to both the river and various shops in town, making it easy for family activities.
While the stay was mostly enjoyable, the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent.

the pool was closed despite the ad saying otherwise, and i was shocked there was no breakfast, too. it's just sooo unfortunate that they didn't offer a complimentary gesture for the inconvenience. the room had old food crumbs and hair, which i surely didn't expect. i almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t.

Good Stay with Great Service
Enjoyed my time here! The clean Queen Room provided a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day. Codi at the front desk was incredibly helpful with my costume alteration request for a wedding, making the experience memorable. Check nearby eateries for breakfast. the local options are fantastic!

I loved how the room was super clean and had a cozy kitchenette that made staying in nice and easy. The indoor pool and a relaxing jacuzzi were great spots to unwind after a busy day. Just a heads up, the dining area wasn’t open for breakfast, but no big deal—there are plenty of places nearby! 😊

I had a lovely time at Aspen Hotel in Soldotna. The room felt spacious with a comfortable king bed. Cleanliness stood out. everything looked fresh and tidy. The kitchenette served well, making late-night snacks easy. I appreciated having a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The location truly shines, right on the Kenai River with quick access to shops nearby. However, I faced a couple of issues. The hot tub heat spilled over into the room, making it uncomfortably warm at night. Also, noise management needs attention. I could hear hallway chatter and footfalls from neighboring rooms late into the night. It disrupted my sleep, especially after a long day of exploring. The breakfast service wasn’t available during my stay either. Overall, it's a solid choice, but I hope they address the noise and temperature concerns for future visits.

The rooms had bright wall sconces that lit up everything nicely, making it easy to navigate the space. Conveniently close to various eateries, it felt like the perfect base for exploring local dining options.
A lack of breakfast options also surprised me, especially given the dining area seemed well-equipped but unused. Our room felt incomplete. it had odd remnants of a kitchenette that apparently got removed, leading to a bit of confusion during our stay.
