Excellent hotel with great amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness center, and a cozy indoor swimming pool. I remember how the staff quickly returned my forgotten shower bag. Highly recommend it, and I'm coming back for xmas!

The location of the hotel was exceptionally nice - within a close distance from Dragonfly Gallery. Plus there was a lake, within 0 minutes walk or so...

Wi-Fi was bad, made me a little nervous.

The room had an ideal layout for families and was spacious enough for our needs. We enjoyed the fine city view which added a nice touch to our evening. The location was perfect, as we were close to both the river and various shops in town.

While the stay was mostly enjoyable, the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent.

The pool was closed despite the ad saying otherwise, and i was shocked there was no breakfast, too. It's just sooo unfortunate that they didn't offer a complimentary gesture for the inconvenience. The room had old food crumbs and hair, which i surely didn't expect. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.

Good Stay with Great Service

Enjoyed my time here! The clean Queen Room provided a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day. Codi at the front desk was helpful with my costume alteration request for a wedding. Check nearby eateries for breakfast. The local options are fantastic!
